These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Appointment Management System of the institution. By accessing and using the system, all users agree to comply with the policies, responsibilities, and guidelines stated below.
1. Purpose of the System
The Appointment Management System is designed to facilitate the efficient scheduling, coordination, and management of consultations between consultants and consultees within the campus. The system aims to promote professionalism, accountability, data security, and alignment with the institution’s vision and mission.
2. Responsibilities of Consultants
Consultants who use the system agree to fulfill the following responsibilities. They must regularly anticipate, review, and manage their assigned schedules to ensure timely and effective consultations. Consultants are expected to responsibly accommodate inquiries, requests, and appointments submitted through the system. They must provide professional, ethical, and respectful services in all campus-related matters and ensure that all consultations align with institutional policies, standards, vision, and mission. Consultants are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of consultee information and using the system solely for official and authorized purposes. Familiarity with the system’s features, policies, and proper usage is required to ensure efficient service delivery.
3. Responsibilities of Consultees
Consultees who use the system agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. They are accountable for the data they submit and the services or inquiries they request. Consultees must use the system appropriately, ethically, and solely for legitimate academic, administrative, or campus-related concerns. Actions that compromise system integrity or security, such as spamming, impersonation, use of fake identities, or submission of misleading information, are strictly prohibited. Consultees are expected to respect appointment schedules, consultation guidelines, and institutional policies, and to familiarize themselves with the system’s functionality, rules, and procedures.
4. Data Privacy and Security
All users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and personal information. The institution reserves the right to monitor system activity to ensure compliance with security policies and proper use. Any attempt to bypass, disrupt, or compromise system security measures is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
5. Proper Use of the System
The system must not be used for unlawful activities, personal gain, harassment, or any action that disrupts campus operations. Users are prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or distributing malicious content, unauthorized data, or harmful materials. Misuse of the system may result in suspension or revocation of access, subject to institutional policies.
6. System Familiarization and Compliance
Both consultants and consultees are expected to take reasonable steps to understand how the system operates. Continued use of the system signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreement to comply with all applicable institutional rules.
7. Amendments and Enforcement
The institution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any violation of these terms may result in administrative or disciplinary action in accordance with campus regulations.
