BPC LINK: Online Appointment Management System is a web-based platform designed to streamline office consultations within Bulacan Polytechnic College. It provides an organized, efficient, and contactless way for students, staff, and school offices to manage appointments.
The BPC LINK was created to modernize and streamline the consultation process at BPC. It aims to eliminate the common problems found in traditional, manual systems—such as scheduling delays, miscommunication, and long waiting lines—by providing a more organized and accessible online platform for both students and facilitators.
To establish a fully digital and efficient consultation system that promotes convenience, transparency, and productivity, ensuring that every consultation experience is smooth, timely, and effective for the entire BPC community.
The BPC LINK system is a Capstone Project developed by Bachelor of Science in Information systems BSIS students of Bulacan Polytechnic College Main Campus. This project serves as a culmination of the students’ academic learning and practical experience, aiming to provide an innovative digital solution that enhances the efficiency of the school’s consultation process.
